Today’s educators position themselves to be more accustomed to using technology. The use of IT technology in education is not only to foster creativity, but must also be able to foster existing meaningfulness. One of them is creating a pleasant classroom situation for students. Education must essentially contain values, when teachers are able to think creatively and can also provide meaning for students. The main problem is: How can this Podcast training be an alternative means of creating fun history learning in the classroom?
The targets for this PKM activity are history teachers at SMA/SMK/MA-equivalent level. The target area is Garut Regency. The team collaborated with the history education alumni network and the Garut Regency history MGMP to organize this PKM in a blended learning manner. Through collaboration, this PKM can be sustainable, complete and produce quality teachers to achieve the SDGs Quality Education. This PKM activity was attended by 50 participants consisting of History Teachers at SMA/SMK/MA level. This PKM also provides refreshment regarding learning components. Participants can design a podcast script. Participants have an understanding of the flow stages in podcast production. Participants understand podcast production through the YouTube Media channel.
