03 September 2024- Auditorium lt. 6, FPIPS, Indonesian Education University, History Education Study Program held an Eminence Lecture with the title Culinary in the History of National Civilizations: Case Study of Sundanese Ethnicity. The resource person for this event was Dr. Riadi Darwis, M.Pd., is a gastronomy expert from the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic. The event explained the history of Sundanese ethnic culinary delights that have been produced since classical times and still exist today. Sundanese ethnic gastronomy from the classical era still exists today, such as fresh vegetables and traditional foods.
