In collaboration with History Education Semarang State University (UNNES), the Association of History Education Study Programs throughout Indonesia conducted a webinar series 6 with the theme “Environmental Issues in Historical and Educational Studies.”
The event, which was held today, Wednesday (2/9/2021) from 10.00 to 13.00, featured several speakers, including Prof. Dr. Nana Supriatna, M.Ed (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia), Dr. Nina Witasari, M. Hum (Semarang State University). Dr. Basuki Wibowo, M.Pd (IKIP PGRI Pontianak).
This committee is centered at several points throughout Indonesia, involving lecturers of history education Indonesia who are members of the Association of Indonesian History Education Study Programs (P3SI). The chairman of the committee, Syaiful Amin, S.Pd., M.Pd, a lecturer in History Education at the State University of Semarang (UNNES), informed that around 715 participants had joined via youtube and zoom channels. Then the general chairman of P3SI, Dr. Abdul Syukur, M.Hum, expressed his appreciation and prayers for the participants, committee, and presenters for the smooth implementation of this webinar and said that this activity might be a good start to encourage the existence of Environmental History Courses.
