Healthy Culture ala Prof. Dr. Nana Supriatna, M.Ed

Professor of History Education FPIPS UPI has good habits that need to be imitated. As a senior lecturer, he always looks fit and energetic. The practice of exercising and being selective in choosing food is one of his keys to maintaining health.

Before starting his activities on campus, he always took time for a healthy walk or ran around the campus, and if he was studying on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, he was accustomed to climbing stairs and not using the elevator. These simple things that can be used and conditioned to maintain health are always conveyed to colleagues, including young lecturers.

He is a bit fussy with colleagues who are “dirty” in choosing food because eventually, this habit will damage his health. Lecturers need to balance high thinking activities with sufficient and routine physical activity to maintain mental and physical health (wif).
